Yes: If you have either cervix prolapsing out of vagina, or same with bladder out of urethra or somehow vagina, you should definitely go to the er. These types of prolapse can cause lack of blood supply with eventual tissue necrosis and further severe, life threatening issues. Go to er to have this assessed.
