Go to see derm: You should go to see derm for evaluation. Although contact dermatitis and eczema could be the problem here however fungal infection is also possible and it would not be a good idea to use triamcinolone acetate ( which is a steroid) by itself in the setting of fungal infection without treating the infection as steroid can make fungal infection spread more. Go to see dermatologist to get checked.
