Blood Pressure: Your answer with sequence of events is not clear. In case if you are having pain in the stomach area, followed by high blood pressure or left arm numbness then you have to see your pcp or cardiologist to rule out any blocks in the heart arteries. In majority of diabetic population heart pain presents are stomach pain. Any kind of pain increases blood pressure.
