Never wrong: Your question is not entirely clear, but it sounds like you had intercourse and then go your period the next day. Assuming regular cycles, this is not a fertile point in your cycle. If pregnancy is absolutely not acceptable, then by all means, take planb.

Break through bleed: Sounds like you are having some break through bleeding. You should continue to take your birth control pills if you are on them.
