Yes: The period irregularities are almost certainly due to taking pills late and forgetting pills but it is also possible that pregnancy resulted from the same thing. Check a pregnancy test to know and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative. You can set an alarm in your phone to help you remember your pills or try a different method of contraception.
