More than one possib: Pain down to the groin suggests a kidney stone but the swelling need clarification this could also be a pinched nerve.

Kidney: Flank pain radiating to the abdomen and groin is suspicious for referred kidney pain. Kidney infection or stones can cause it, so an evaluation by a physician is important. If any fevers or vomiting you should go to the er.
