A member asked:

Motivated by a fear of failure a healthy way live?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fear has a place: Fear is a powerful motivator. It gets people moving when they don't want to. And there's a time and a place for it in all of our lives. But a person motivated by fear alone winds up exhausted, since fear triggers a stress response. Desire, on the other hand, pulls people forward. It excites, invites. Combine a lot of desire and a little fear for a healthy happy life!
