Many things: It could mean many things. It could be as simple as you not getting exercise regularly and you are "deconditioned". It can be much more serious to be due to your heart not getting enough blood flow. I would see a doctor about this. If it happens and doesn't get better when you sit back down, you may want to go to the er via ambulance as it could be your heart.

Sweating: Hi! sorry you are not feeling well. This symptom is concerning. Sweating or diaphoresis with light exertion could be a form of angina. I encourage you to see a doctor today, if you are having shortness of breath, nausea, chest pressure or pain, jaw or arm pain or tingling you should call 911 and have an ambulance come. If not have someone drive you to the er for a quick check. Good luck!
