At night i get sudden pains in my arms and hips, and i also wake up warm and sweating so i have to keep my room cold. is this a sign of anything?

Hypoglycemia.: Recurrent and persistent pain int he arms and hips needs to be evaluated. waking up with excessive sweating while on glimepiride is little bit of concern for low sugar reaction. Have blood sugar checked during the episode, if runs low, have the diabetic medication regimen reevaluated.
