Safe: Although it is safe to do this i always advise people to think very carefully before they get a tattoo. Most people do not understand that tattoos are for a life, since they are very difficult to remove with laser. In my opinion, there is nothing more beautiful than young skin. Why, ruin it with a tattoo?
