No: It is not safe for a baby that young. Keep hydrated with pediialyte and if lethargic or soft spot sinks or not drinking go to er.

No: Almost all babies will have some for of reflux(gerd) no treatment needed unless they are losing weight an if they are make feeding thick (rice cereal to milk).
