It depends...: For constipation, metamucil (bulking fiber) + stool softener is a good daily regimen. For intestinal spasm, Hyoscyamine can cut excess saliva/ drooling and reduce spasm. For nausea, consider ondansetron, dimenhydrinate, or promethazine. For bloating/ gas pain/ gastritis, simethicone +/- antacid liquid works well. Ask your neurologist for a med regimen tailored for you. Good luck!
