See a Provider: You need to see a provider to be checked out for gastroesophageal reflux and bacterial infection in your gut. You may have more than one thing going on. Peptobismol may be helpful and so may Tums (calcium carbonate) and other anti acids.

Possible gastritis: Sounds like possible gastritis or gastroesophageal reflux disease (gerd) with too much stomach acid production. Or, a possible gastroenteritis (should self-resolve in several days then). Could try Prilosec once a day for 14 days otc, after checking with your doctor.
