Need to be checked: We can not help you on this site.You say you are having diarrhea and burping loads.You need to be evaluated by yor doctor as it may bedue to viral gastroenteritis or a bacterial infection like e coli, schigella, salmonella or food poisoning or side effects from some meds, or lactose intolerance etc.Meanwhile drink plentu of fluids to prevent dehydration.
