Probably : Seborrhea . Try a tar based shampoo. If that does not help or it gets red and hurts see a dermatologist.

Yellow things?: What they are depends on whether they're moving or not. If moving, they could be head lice. If these are scabby places that are coming off when you scratch, it could be a form of seborrheic dermatitis. Your doctor can help you know.
