Spastic colon: You may be suffering from a form of irritable bowel syndrome that is manifested with painful intestinal contractions. First, you may try to identify foods that may contribute to that. Those are caffeinated beverages, greasy, fried foods, dairy products in some folks. Local heat applications may help. There's a number of medicines that may be helpful in alleviating spasms, too.

Blue mouth: Sometimes, evacuating the intestin (bowel movement ) will indyce exagerated vagal reaction and this might explain the bluish color. In rare occasion the periorbital bluish color is a sighn of heart disease during effort or feeding (at least in kids). If you have troubles during excercise, then you need to consult a cardiologist.
