What's the natural size of axillary lymph nodes in their normal state? i heard they can be up to 2cm.. if that's true, how come they cannot be felt?

Usually soft: Lymph nodes usually not felt if no inflammation.

Two cml ymphnode is: Not normal at all . It has some cause . It could be result of inflammation and worst case scenario is sign of some kind of malignancy . If you have lymph node that big get evaluated immediately

No: Feeling of auxiliary lymph node is not normal. It may suggest infection, cyst or lipomas or malignancy.
