Poss. plantar wart: Most likely a benign, though aggravating wart. Most disappear on their own in time, but your doc can help if it interferes with your daily activity.

Lump on heel: It is unknown at this point. It can be many things from a wart to ipk to foreign body to bursa to a tumor of some other kind. Your local podiatrist can take care of this for you.
