Syncope: Neurally mediated syncope is a disorder of the autonomic regulation of postural tone, which results in hypotension, bradycardia, and loss of consciousness. If it is from bradycardia alone then pace maker could resolve it. If it is from vasodilation it is difficult to treat. You need to consult cardiologist/neurologist.
