Erb Palsy Recovery: The treatment time depends on the type of recovery. Most erb's palsies will heal with therapy over 6-12 months. If surgery is required to improve function, the final result may take 2-3 years. Continued rehabilitation may be required for a lifetime if continued deficits are present.
