Anxiety and mood: Anxiety and depression are related and affect each other. Depression can include certain anxious feelings and anxiety can lead to feeling in a down mood i always wonder, when patients tell me they are depressed, if it is really the exhaustion from trying to keep the anxiety down. When i ask, it is surprising how many people admit that this may be so.
