NSAIDs: Dolfenal contains Mefenamic Acid which is an NSAID (nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug) in the same general class as Ibuprofen or aspirin. Some people can have severe allergic reactions to these medications leading to hives, asthma or even anaphylaxis. If a person is allergic to aspirin, Ibuprofen or other nsaids talk with your doctor first.
