No.: pH will remain the same. Most of these soaps are designed to be pretty neutral with an excess of oil to lye ratio in the production. Castille soap has to sit for a long time to cure so there is very little unreacted lye. However lye is very basic and leaves the soap with a pH about 8. That's pretty normal for soaps.
