Not a good choice: In most cases, antibiotics, which treat bacterial diseases, are not recommended for bronchitis, which is usually a viral infection. In the rare case where i treat bronchitis with an antibiotic, i would not use clindamycin.

Not a good choice.: Clindamycin would not be very effective against the bacterial that cause acute bronchitis. Besides that, bronchitis is viral 95% of the time, so chances are you wouldn't need any antibiotic at all. Doctors often prescribe one to cover all the bases, if you will, but not Clindamycin.
