No: Cancer sores are viral in nature, and antibiotics to not work to kill viral infections. Do not bother to self medicate.

Canker sores: They are not infections so antibiotics will not help. They appear to be caused by stress, injury, or in some cases as a reaction to certain foods such as citrus. Canker sores are ulcers (aphthous ulcers) and will heal on their own in 7-10 days. Applying orabase ointment can help alleviate discomfort during meals. The pain can also be eliminated by laser treatment by your dentist.

Canker sores: Canker sores are caused by viruses, antibiotics won't help. Antiviral drugs may work better at the first sign of the sore.
