A member asked:

Does a penile prosthesis create sperm ?

No: Sperm are produced in the testes. There are vessels to carry the ejaculate/sperm to the penis. A prosthesis helps with use of the penis during sexual activity. Fertility when using a penile prosthesis may be complicated for a number of reasons. Hope this helps.

No,...: It won't make sperm; sperm is produced in testes and transported out there through epididymis, vas deferens, to seminal vesicles for storage and be ready for ejaculation at orgasm. So, penile prosthesis is to help men to have intercourse leading to orgasm, hopefully ending with ejaculation if their seminal vesicles still there and ejaculatory function still intact. But, no sperm making.
