Antibiotics: No antibiotics do no treat symptoms of breast cancer. Cancer is not infection caused by bacteria of fungus that antibiotics would be designed to treat.

Inflammatory Cancer : Inflammatory breast cancer is a rare form of breast cancer that mimics a breast infection in appearance. Antibiotics are often prescribed before the correct DX is reached (by biopsy). Surprisingly, antibiotics can decrease the breast inflammation although it does not rx the cancer. Any persistent breast inflammation warrants medical evaluation.
