A member asked:

Cramp in my elbow what does it mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Elbow pain: If you have been using that arm for repetitive activities at work, or with sports like tennis or golf, then it could be epicondylitis, an inflammation of the edge of the elbow bone area. Muscle or tendon inflammation can also feel crampy. Usually ice and anti-inflammatory meds can help, and reduce use of the arm for a week or two.
