Pregnancy test: Ovulation test does not measure the hormone HCG as a pregnancy test does. What an ovulation kit measures its the hormone lh, which peaks before or around ovulation. Only a pregnancy test can say wether you are pregnant or not.

Does it mean im pregnant if my ovulate test shows one line?

Maybe: The hormones lh (what you test with an ovulation test) and bhcg (the pregnancy hormone) are very similar in structure. A positive lh test or ovulation predictor test can be positive if someone is pregnant. I recommend getting a bhcg blood test with your provider to confirm whether you are pregnant or not.
