Can your thyroid affect your eyesight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: From an autoimmune standpoint, thyroid can lead to dry eyes. With dry eyes, the vision may fluctuate or blur. Thyroid can also cause tissues within the eye socket to swell, leading to eyes that buldge out (and more dryness) and eyes that do no move together as a pair (leading to double vision).
