Usually: As a groin pull would be muscle soreness with walking or straining & otherwise eating & feeling well. Appendicitis is usually mid abdominal pain that then moves into the right lower abdomen with nausea, ill feeling & sometimes vomiting with fever. See a doctor asap if you are uncertain.
