Yes: Nabumetone is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) while Acetaminophen is tylenol (acetaminophen) (not an nsaid). Ok to take together. Should avoid taking other nsaids (e.g. Ibuprofen, naproxen) along with nabumetone.
