Is it okay to take tylenol (acetaminophen) and nyquil at the same time?

Yes, but no need: Nyquil contains acetaminophen, the active ingredient in tylenol. No need to double dose. Tylenol is very same, so lokiely no harm would come from it. Still, i would not take more medication than i need.
