Are there symptoms?: The short answer is that "hypotension" is only a concern if it is symptomatic, and fainting isn't the only symptom. You can feel weak or dizzy, especially when standing. Nausea, fatigue, poor tolerance for exercise can all occur. If symptoms aren't present then your blood pressure isn't too concerning. If so, then it should be investigated.
