If you can: If the stone is in the urethra the ejaculate might help lubricate things and get the stone to move. I assume that there is not complete obstruction? If there were i'm sure you wouldn't be thinking about having sex!

Can but why?: Stone stuck in urethra should be removed because it has or will cause obstruction. Would also be very uncomfortable whether subject is female like you or male. I would not advise it.
