Yes: You certainly can. When i think about this question, my mind often really goes to pancreatic problems and cancers and the inability to digest fat (lack of the enzymes) is associated with pancreatic cancer treament. In theory, treatment for stomach cancer (radiation for example or surgery) may have impacted this aspect of your body's function. It really depends on your unique treatment history.
