Can you drink grapfruit juice with tramadol?

Depends: Grapefruit juice inhibits the enzyme that helps clear tramadol from your blood which can result in higher tramadol levels. Since tramadol in higher doses can cause seizures there is increased risk with grapefruit juice. You should discuss this with your doctor.
