No way: Baby would be size of a less than a pin-head at 2 days. Earliest sign of pregnancy is a urine test, usually about a week after first missed menstrual period. Takes about 5 - 6 weeks, by ultrasound, to be sure of a pregnancy. Fertilised ovum (future baby) may still be in fallopian tube, before reaching uterus, after 2 days. Ultrasound during 1st trimmester is most accurate way to date a pregnancy.
