A member asked:

Can clindamycin be used to treat chlamidia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Clindamycin has been used in the treatment of chlamydia but it is not the preferred choice of antibiotic and the failure/relapse rates are much higher than standard treatment with such antibiotics as azithromycin, doxycycline, erythromycin, and levaquin (levofloxacin).
