Missed period : Unlikely specially if you have hot flashes and menopausal symptoms that may indicate early menopause but i advise you to see obgyn to check for other causes that may cause amenorrhea or no period.

Pregnancy: Menopause occurs around 51 y/o in the usa. Any woman with regular period can become pregnant, even at 44 y/o. Fertility decreases after 35 y/o and decreases even more after 40 y/o , however it is not impossible to become pregnant after 40 as you might have heard before. Sometimes, symtomps of menopause can start at an earlier age and that includes missing periods. See your obgyn for evaluation.
