NORMAL DUE TO MANY C: These are mostly normal like vfordyces spots genetically present in some.Or these may be caused by clogged har follicles or called in medical term folliculitis.In young people and teenagers these can be caused by acne as well no treatment is usually needed most og the time unless there is infection.
