Many possibilities: Bleeding a few days after your period at age 47 can be nothing more than the hormonal swings of the perimenopause but it can also be due to infections,polyps, abnormal cervical cells, endometrial hyperplasia, and even endometrial cancer. You need to see your PCP or GYN for a full evaluation. Hope this helps.
