Will progesterone cause cervix to stay high?

No: Progesterone does not prevent relaxation or stretching of the pelvic ligaments, or prevent the cervix from falling. In pregnant patients, one form of Progesterone is used to decrease the risk of recurrent preterm delivery but it doesn't have anything to do with how high or low the cervix is.
