Revision ; swelling: Revisonal procedures do not have to be exactly the same on both sides as the problem being addressed may be in different in the breasts. Therefore the surgey can be different and hence the swelling/scars may be different. Minor variation in swelling can occur when both sides have a similar procedure and is perfectly normal too.
