Conjunctival pigment: Pigment on the conjunctiva (the tissue that covers the white of the eye) is very common in people who are have more darkly pigmented skin. These brown spots are totally benign. If you are caucasian with a fair complexion, you should have the pigment spots evaluated by a medical eye doctor.
