What happens if i sneeze and it feels like i have needles in my chest?

Costochondritis: You have inflammation in the chest that hurts to sneeze or cough or breathe. As long as it is not a squeezing type of pain or associated with exertion you should be ok. Try some Motrin 600 or 800 mg three times a day and it should feel better in a few days. If you haven't had a complete physical at you age you should have one. Feel better!
