Violent sneeze?: Do you try to stifle a sneeze. if so you are putting back pressure on the lungs and can make it more ill for you. See your doc and have he or she answer the question.

Let it Blow!: If you try to stifle your sneeze you will cause the pressure in your lungs to peak and can traumatize the small airways of the lung. Try to just let the sneeze out with as little restriction as possible
