Broken capillaries : There has been extravasation of blood from broken capillaries from rubbing the area of sunburn. The skin and collagen in the capillaries are more fragile after sun burn and will heal faster with application of biafine cream. You should also see your doctor to get the prescription and examine your skin to confirm the degree of skin injury.
