It depends, be smart: "hip" can mean different things to different people, and i'm not sure what you mean exactly.Ways to minimize pain in general would include having a strong core, wearing sensible shoes, never smoking, and using healthy lifting behaviors. But you may have more specific options available depending on the diagnosis. At your age, arthritis is unlikely, but other causes may have more specific treatments.

Thanks for asking!: I agree plus must tell-75 lbs to lift daily at work- is not a easy task for most persons, ladies will have problem to do job like that, , except real healthy young male worker.
