Back pain: Rest, ice, nsaids, purified omega, pt/modalities/laser/tens, massage, yoga, pilates. See orthopedic or spine doc if having radicular pain.

Back pain: Acute phase use ice and anti-inflammatories if ok with your doc. Once stable, stretching either with chiropractor of physical therapy can really assist with pain.
